Evening all
Its a bit bizarre when you log back in here after a break - lots of friendly chat and pics mixed up with random backbiting
Anyway my tip for today , a very small one but funny how that 18p starts to niggle. I'm talking about milk, 4 pinters. My A has a bog standard Asda one but also a regional/local one still £1. The former compares, the latter does NOT for APG purposes. Accidental discovery, may help the more penny pinching among us0 -

evening folks
got 34 pages to catch up on whilst watching x-factor results so apologies if anyones already posted this...
saw a post mentioning Ts petrol offer potentially returning...in the meantime, hubby has just filled his car at Esso (nearest garage and only 1.34 per litre of diesel compared to 1.39 at T)....and got given a voucher...it has 2 separate parts to it...one is a scratch off bit which gives different discounts on motoring at Halfords...we 'won' 15% off steering & suspension....the other half states 'collect 4 vouchers to claim a FREE winter car check' (presumably at Halfords)...it has a unique code that you input online...and I presume once you've entered 4 you print something off and take into Halfords.
As the diesel is cheaper at Esso than T (I usually fill up at T whilst shopping), I'll be using Esso a few times to get the free checkhoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!0 -
