    Hi everyone,

This will not be my [STRIKE]un[/STRIKE]usual catch up because I simply don't have the time any more or the where-with-all. I've been attempting to keep up with the thread but life's been far too busy to actively contribute. I hope those whom I've spoken with via PM and e-mail are happy with the help they've received.

I'm having to knuckle down at work as I had my first warning due to my shopping habits :o:o:o and lack of enthusiasm for the job - my standards have slipped dramatically. As that's the main source of income into the house, it's time I got in shape.

We went to the cenotaph this morning to show our respect (DS1 and DS2 in their scout/beaver uniforms). Was a lovely ceremony; the police even closed the roads around it for the 15 minutes when we went outside the church. Lest we forget.

I hope all have enjoyed the recent chocolatey glitch at SADA and that you've all got lovely sparkling hair and faces.

DD1's bump is now just two moth's away. Unfortunately DD's BF won't be here to see the birth as he's in Afgan serving our country. We just hope he comes home safe. :A

I've missed the thread dearly and hope that all those that contribute to it so much continue to do so. Sometimes the place feels like home - silly, I know, as it's an internet forum. So, hugs to all those that need them. There are far too many to mention all with things going on in their lives that really are too scary to even think about. Hopefully with your inner strength, the support of your loved ones and this forum, you'll all get through it!

Happy belated birthday to all those I've missed and welcome to the thread to all the lovely newbies I see. I will try to help you out as best I can with any questions but it's best to get me on PM now as I just don't get the time to devote to the thread.

To all the you're, your, and ur abusers out there -:mad::mad:

And to those wondering why in infinitely-dense-sudden-explosion's name I talked about a cockroach on other areas I post on (of which I intend to keep private; see my signature) it is because my squeamish DD2 decided she wants two of the following for Christmas:

    cockroach-330.jpg

Yours for now, Dr V. :D

PS - If Mrs B keeps on battering me in the quiz I'm giving up! (Today's was tough!) :A
I am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.
