  • A question for anyone who can answer this, probably everyone except me!

I'm new to this, and i've been reading all night since page 1.. I've noticed, that people say that did a shop A vs S, or T vs A.. How do you get to pick that you want to do a vs s instead of a vs w?

Am i correct in saying when you get the price check from asda it's from more than one shop? How do you chose which shop you want to compare your shopping to, then getting more cashback from it?

Was going to say thanks to Henlans for writing the list that make it possible for me to get my 'ambrosia rice puddings' (big thanks to all the finders + those that found the glitch).

Getting the rice introduced me to a new asda where they reduce things to around 1p at the end of the night as its the first asda that i seen that isnt open 24/7.

For the record i am not thanking nor am i not thanking henlans (if that makes sense) as i have no interest in the 'debates' that occur here.

Well done on getting your brilliant price reductions.

If you have planned your shop correctly then your store of choice (lets say T) will of course automatically be cheaper, if you have miscounted on your targeted items then the next store could work out cheaper (lets say S) and your APG would be smaller than you had expected.

You can control the Apg by buying a product(s) that are not available in S and this should then direct it to match against T .

But really, when starting off its best to copy the lists that folks kindly put up (from their successful shops) and then you will be 90% sure it will work. :)

    Hope thats of some assistance.

 I know what i'm doing and you've lost me ha ha:p
It compares against all the supermarkets but you get the voucher for the biggest diff. When they say against t's against m's etc it means that the shop/item referred to has the biggest price differance so you get the biggest return from the apg. :D
    For example...
:rotfl: will get back to you on example got a great game of fb on go... I'm winning :D

:j:jWhooo hoo I won... Another mil closer to hubbys challenage :D

    :wave:hi and night raven :)

    here is my drunken example:rotfl:
If you was to buy a onion that cost 40p in A's.. 30p in t's and 10p in ssainbobs... then it would be best for you to do your shop against sainsbobs because you have the biggest price diff.. then you look on mys to look for other items that are also cheaper in that shop. hth:o :rotfl:or you copy n paste everyone elses shop and have a big note pad and lots of ink in your pen :D:p:D
(the milk tray is cheapest in sainsbobs at mo, hence the a v s shops)

Morning all. I've just posted a deal on the grabbit board if anyone's interested - T are doing a 32in Technika tv for £168. It's nothing fancy technology wise but gets good reviews and looks like a bargain for somebody at that price , maybe as a second set.
    Hope is not a strategy.
