I'm married to a potato peeler guy.. thanks for jumping to conclusions.

I'm not jumping to conclusions at all - just taking your negative, sour comments about married men as reasonable evidence that you are basing your opinions (which you are most certainly entitled to) on your personal experiences. You must have firm evidence to lead you to the conclusion that men who give their women expensive presents have something nasty to hide. I was just showing some sympathy for your apparently unhappy past/present.

  • Heinz Five Beanz are 2 for £1.50 at sains. I like buying at sains because the ss lets you do two at a time without calling for assistance. Two coupons are worth £1.70. HTH

Well Budgie just popped in to Thank Fudgie for the new thread. The clue was in the title with whom had started it, loveliest is very apt. :)

However I see there is yet more aruging and bickering again :(

Its very sad and I haven't read back that much as its not that nice reading.

However Fairclaire hunny so glad you got such nice gifts for your anniversary, your hubby was showing just how much you mean to him and all of the support you have given him. As well as looking after the family etc. Its nice to be appreciated :A

    Budgie xxx

who called you trampetts? was it the paper :rotfl::rotfl:

I can't remember:cool:But for a while our thread had the Tramps & Trampettes in the title. It stemmed from the old DTD days and I have a feeling Karlie might have said it and it stuck:rotfl: Cottagers came from T's saying "a small number of savvy shoppers had a cottage industry"
