What are the limits on my Claim?

Each household will not be able to claim more than £100 in any calendar month, nor make more than 10 claims in any calendar month.

What happens if I'm making a claim that will take me over the £100 claim limit per calendar month?

If you're about to make a claim that will take you over the £100 limit, you'll receive the balance to bring you up to the £100 limit.

For example if you've claimed £98 so far this calendar month, and are eligible for a voucher of £4, you'll only receive £2 which will bring you up to the £100 limit.

As a rough guide. To keep your APG below £15 make sure the difference between your A's shop and your targeted shop is no more than £13.60.
A difference of £13.60 gives an APG of £14.96.
To keep you APG below £10 keep the difference below £9
This will give an APG of £9.90

Thank you for the lovely new thread.

I got 8 boxes of the MT yesterday along with the Thorntons christmas box, a couple will be going into hampers! I will be wrapping the Thorntons up and just keep them under the tree so if we have any visitors and I've forgotten to get them something I can just give them their present!

As for the capping or no capping of the APG, I will be making sure mine will all be under £15, I don't want to draw unnecessary attention to myself. I cannot think of any other way that A can check the correct prices other than manually which I believe would end whatever the current glitch is.

Daft question time. I threw my receipts out without thinking (I use my own email and addy for them) so now I don't remember how many I have done!

I have an APG of £12.32 to spend that was on my name/email/addy, can I spend this on another spend and then put that receipt on my sisters name and address for checking (She has given permission for this) or will it pick up that the APG was earned at a different address?

I beleive the system will not see that you have used an APG on a shop. As this goes goes through as a coupon. You do have to be careful to make sure you clear cookies and stuff as the system could rembmer you have had 10 vouchers this month.

Can any one remember if this comparison for LOB showed on MSM before?
