I've just been looking at Martin's guide to compensation for delayed/ cancelled flights. On the face of it there could be scope for some serious compensation to be claimed. I must start consulting the diaries, the problem will be remembering back to 2005.

I have a couple of claims to make a for a 9 hr & 23 hr delay..do you know if anyone has successfully made a claim?:)

Not so far, most who put in a claim before the EC ruling were put on hold but now the floodgates are open. I have just sent my first claim letter to Monarch for a 7 hour 41 m delay from 2008. I can be that precise by using the stats link to find the delayed flights.
More than likely going to take 6-8 months but for £2400 its worth a punt. Also being scottish means english companies have additional costs in our small claims as they have to hire a scottish solicitor to defend their case. Most tend to settle as Virgin did when I took them to court.

    Good morning elite :)

Thank you for the new thread. Just caught up.

Still feeling a little tender after yesterdays CBT session :( But I may venture down to Mr T's after work.

Have a great day everyone x

Hi LaaCaz  I missed my CBT on Tuesday as I was sitting with my mister at the dentist awaiting his emergency appointment. I did call to reschedule and am still awaiting the call back :(

Hope you are feeling better today :)
