I can imagine, I had to drive from Up North to Calais to retrieve my husband after he got stuck in Geneva and the ferry companies were refusing to carry foot passengers. Mad! :mad: (Still, several dozen bottles of wine fell into my boot, so all was not lost ).

Yes, total guarantee - they've also fixed the water dispenser which has never worked since we moved in.

I'm OK using the garage as coldstore and shopping for bits - it was using up the stuff already in there but pretty much done that now - the boys are sick of yogurts and OJ

My only stock pile was Innocent Juice but I've offloaded that

Just dreading whats coming next - electrical stuff always goes in batches doesn't it and my washer and drier are both 10y old too

A few yrs ago, when i was little, we moved into an old house, lady was 92 and never had a fridge. In the pantry, she had a cold slab.
