I ordered 2 on 11th November for my daughters.
No sign of them arriving yet.
Very disappointed and not getting any help from the company regarding it, just more delays.0 -
Have you tried there Facebook page?
They normally get back to you on social network sites to show new customers that they have a good customer service.
Could try Paypal if you paid via them:A If i was a rich girl....... :A0 -

I emailed them and got a reply to say mine had been dispatched and should have been here within a week but still no show.
The bracelet might have been pretty but the order process and the service isn't.Herman - MP for all!0 -
They have even disabled comments on their FB due to the volume of people that haven't received it. They messaged me the day before yesterday to say it is on its way but I am doubtful now to be honest. I did recieve one so they are sending them out but there are so many people missing their orders, very shoddy to say the least!!0

I commented previously to say I'd cancelled my order after changing my mind, got my money back last week after having to send them 2 reminder emails as they hadn't refunding after saying they would....just got the 3 I originally ordered in the post!! :O
They are pretty but there's no way they are worth the 30 odd quid or whatever they claimed the original price was.
And after paying 2.95 P&P per bracelet they were sent in the same packageNot that I'm bothered about that now ha

yes I did try get response via facebook page, just got the "will be with you shortly" line again.
However, this time it did seem to be true... as my bracelets arrived this morning. Even got the correct colours that I ordered, which has also been an issue on the fb thread. :rotfl:
Nice enough for the £2.95 each I guess, but definitely would not be happy to spend the £30 odd they stated as the value of them.
Their customer service could be better in my opinion. I never received order confirmation or dispatch emails from the actual company, only one from paypal saying the money had been taken.
They ignored the email I sent to their customer services address (despite bragging of a "within 24 hour response time") on their fb page.
Of course I am pleased to have finally received my bracelets but I doubt I will be in any hurry to order from them again! Not a great first impression for me at all.0 -
i got mine today as well, they're lovely for the money. I ordered on the 11th November.0
