Gross food hamper ideas needed

Hello there,

After seeing the post about tesco doing christmas pudding and brandy butter flavoured crisps, I like the idea of doing a gross food hamper for my OH. I have found some deep fried bugs and scorpion lolly on hawkins bazaar but was wondering if people can think of anything else (food or drink ideas appreciated thank you)

  • Whittard always do a few strange flavour drinks like lime and chilli hot chocolate and things.

Do you have an oriental store near you? If so might be able to pick up some chickens feet!
  • Have a look on firebox, they do lots of strange foods/drinks. Like bacon chocolate....might actually taste alright though!

Ebay has cinnamon fire ants, whatever they are.

    Chilli vodka?

If you're near a chinese supermarket, shredded jellyfish?

I'm A Celebrity Which Witchetty Grubs
Chocolate replicas of the grubs from the TV series. Seven toffee flavoured treats are accompanied by three filled with not-so-tasty tripe flavour. Which Witchetty Grub is like Russian Roulette with chocolate and they all look exactly the same.

Do a trolley dash around a Chinese supermarket. There are always all kinds of weird and wonderful items in there - many of them are delicious, they just *look* horrible.
