Heres a gagdet that I have been thinkin bout for almost a decade Sennheiser HD202-II DJwas £34.99 NOW £22.99@ Argos
Overear headphones are the way to go to reduce Noise , Stress Promote a feelin of well being(Oxytocin, aka Love Hormone)
Have had cheap headphs b4 that on partially covered ,but these over ear are the business & work especially well with the Free Dedicated Audio player Aimp ,which allows U speed up by micro crediments ;which simply means , more beats & music coming all the the time so you dont have to put up with your horrible Neighbour if your lucky enough to have 1 for a decade ,that;literally never goes out even 365 days a yr;Theyve got rave reviews at Argos & amazon & all over the web ,Been at this price for over a week now so grab them while you can & make next yr a better 1, 4 uR self & others & your neighbour cna keep tapping & throwing things on the ceiling while you enjoy music from the likes of Soma.fm who have great music Free Selection with NO ADS .
Of course you could otherwise invent a tent like material & become a Multi Billonaire in the process while reducing noise
