1D (One Direction) Suspicious Win?!?

Hi,
I had a mention on Twitter from the 1D Twitter page, but it looks like I wasn't the only one. It asks you to click on a link, which I did, but that link looks really suspicious and doesn't mention the ticket. When I tried to close the page a Windows message came up asking whether I wanted to leave the page.
Do you think this is trustworthy and has anybody else had the same 'mention'? I'm still very new to Twitter and still find it a minefield, so am not sure if I'm clicking on the right thing.

I got that tweet. It IS dodgy in my opinion. Sorry. I mentioned 1D ONCE and got a "win" on a competition Inever entered minutes later.Julie0

Thanks ButtonF1Fan. I hope I haven't corrupted anything by clicking on the link. Will run a virus scan just in case. My first scam on Twitter, so will be extra cautious from now on.0
