Argh, got right through to putting in credit card details, only one code worked (free delivery) and no 2 for 3 working.

Do I put in card details? Site implies that putting in card details is last thing before confirming order?

Check the summary - right at bottom after total. This lists the discounts applied. It LOOKS as if delivery is charged but IS credited in the discounts list. At least is how it was with my orders.

3 for 2 seems to have stopped working for me.

Yeah, I can see delivery is charged than discount of £4.50 applied, but that is all - surely I should see a further discount for the free item here too?

same for me, looks like glitch has been fixed, only the free p&p is working, no 342
