hi, I've been in an iva now for one year, and i must admit its been great no real worries like before anymore, i moved in with my partner in january of this year, and we are looking at getting a bigger house, however it would mean me having to get a mortgage with him, does anyone have any experience of this with ivas? any advice? what kind of companies should i stay clear of, what kind of companies you can recommend? i've never missed a payment for my iva either, payplan did tell me that i could go for a mortgage with my iva when i started it, but any advice would be good.
thanks
