I won from the glamour shoe month comp too and found my name on this list http://www.glamourmagazine.co.uk/competitions/2012/10/shoescribe-competition-winners-list, i also had an email from them with tracking info before they were delivered. Maybe check the list to see if you are on it to see if it was that competition?

    Thanks mumto2boys, I am on the list but the shoes I've been sent are completely different to what was advertised for that day - and they're ones that I would have actually worn - also around £100 more expensive. Should I contact them to query? I didn't get any email or tracking info before the delivery, they came out of the blue.

    Hi, well done on your win. I also won shoes from the Glamour shoe comp and like mumto2boys also got an email with tracking info. Maybe the pair you won were substitutes for a pair that were unavailable or something? Anyway, hope you get to the bottom of it. :)
