Hi, not sure how long code is valid for, I believe it can only be used once, if the code has expired, you can use PAFP once for !0% off, this has been offered by Debenhams as an apology for problems with their computer causing delayed deliveries for internet orders - I was told by customer services that there is no expiry date, although I think it can only be used once.

Ordered a Radley bag last night fine all went through. £80-20%= £64 and no postage to pay.

Unfortunately have had an email the order has been cancelled no explanation??

Tried to do the order again but it won't let me reuse the code, Have therefore placed an order in my husbands name. So will wait and see.

Same thing happened to me too. Ordered some Clinique stuff and received an email saying items were out of stock (I checked and they weren't and are still on sale) and that the order had therefore been cancelled. It also won't allow me to use the code again :mad: Good luck on your second attempt.

Received an email from them a couple of days ago saying item dispatched. Yesterday got letter from them saying they are out of stock. Not impressed!

Hi, Just used both the 20% discount and free postage code without problem. So we will see if the items arrive. Odd thing happenned though, put through the order and paid with a giftcard I had since christmas: It didn't look like the order went through as I didn't get any confirmation on screen so I did the order again. A few minutes later I received 2 confirmation of order emails!!! Oops! It seems to have accepted my gift card both times even though the order was up to the giftcard limit!
