HI Guys,
Just back from the mortgage meeting, and I managed to talk down the fees to the following:-
4.99% fixed, fee down from £999 to £699
5.19% fixed, fee down from £499 to £299
The way they said it, the difference in payment (if I don't add the fees to the mortgage ) would only be £10 per month, so a £240 difference. As there's a £300 difference in fees, I reckon the 5.19% is the way to go...
