The terms and conditions in the newspaper said to allow 28 days for delivery. Although the online allocation ran out very quickly, the actual closing date was 16th November so maybe they were waiting until all the postal applications had been received as well and then dispatch all the tea towels in one go? I don't imagine they were expecting such a high demand for this offer so it could take some time to process the backlog. Anyway, as long as the orders are showing as 'pending' and not 'cancelled', there's still hope! 0
