A brief explanation of my debt problem
I'm currently in about £45000 worth of unsecured debt I took a loan out for £17000 at the start of last year, £4000 overdrawn in the bank ( My limit is £3000 ) , £14000 on Credit Cards and the rest to Family members, at the moment i'm not working due to depression i've not worked full time for about 18 months and most of my payment protection does not cover " mental health issues ".
In the last 4 weeks my bank have mugged me of £695.86 in charges, then today I get £200 cash out on my visa to pay for repairs on my van and some p***k robs me of it at the Bank machine ( and I thought friday was the 13th )
Hopefully someone can offer me some help to start to sort out my mess

Claim back those charges at once, bank charges, credot card charges, anything at all! I see from your user name you aren't a big fan of Natwest, have they imposed these charges? write to your branch manager (or nearest branch) and reclaim the charges, I have found with Natwest, this is the easiest way to do it, their customer relations are SH!!
I am really sorry to hear about your mugging, that really is awful.£2 Coin Savers Club (Christmas)- £86£1 Jar (Christmas)- £29Christmas Vouchers Saved: £1450 -
Ive already sent NatWest a letter and i'm waiting for the reply. I will be going to see them on Monday about the latest rip off fees i've been charged, the unpaid items totalled £509, I reckon my total charges this month could top £10000

With regards to being mugged at the cashpoint, have you reported it to the police? I thought there were CCTV camera type things at every cashpoint.0

Thanks bailiffchaser for the template letter i've already sent a letter to the bank and i'm waiting for a reply.
I reported the mugging to the Police and I got a crime number, the person behind the counter said that it would be looked into, so in 4 weeks i'll get the standard letter that says we're sorry you've been a victim of crime but further to our enquiries we couldn't catch anyone please phone victim support if you need any assisstance in coming to terms with this crime.
I went to the bank today and got the usual you'll have to phone lending so I phoned lending they told me they can't help as my account is portfolio managedI'd have to phone my business manager, I phoned him, he put me through to someone else, I explained my problem and they said what do you want us to do about it I said paying the charges back in full would be a good start he said ok we'll let you know within 10 Days, I nearly fell off my chair with shock
