A brief explanation of my debt problem
I'm currently in about £45000 worth of unsecured debt I took a loan out for £17000 at the start of last year, £4000 overdrawn in the bank ( My limit is £3000 ) , £14000 on Credit Cards and the rest to Family members, at the moment i'm not working due to depression i've not worked full time for about 18 months and most of my payment protection does not cover " mental health issues ".
In the last 4 weeks my bank have mugged me of £695.86 in charges, then today I get £200 cash out on my visa to pay for repairs on my van and some p***k robs me of it at the Bank machine ( and I thought friday was the 13th )
Hopefully someone can offer me some help to start to sort out my mess

I agree you do need to get in the professionals at this
I would recommend getting everything in order today ( i dont think they are open on SUndays are they?) Get all your bank statements, letters, demands, and EVERYTHING in order.
You can reclaim all these charges, so do have a good read of the bank charges forum on here as well.
Do a SOA. You need to have a clear picture for yourself of all your incomes & outgoings , and know to the penny what all your debts are and who they are to.
you can post your SOA up here and we can also help with slicing back your outgoings to free up more money for breathing space.
Also today, if you havent already, go through your gaff with a fine tooth comb and critically assess what can be sold. Ebay, amazaon, loot, anywhere just to get some money coming in to help you keep the wolves from the door.
Good luck & we are here all day, so do post back x:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
If you could please read through Southern Scousers sticky at the top of this board, and consider posting your SOA? Its could help us to help youin the meantime.Mummy to two girls, 4 & 1, been at home for four years, struggling to contend with the terrifying thought of returning to work.0
