    This surely looks that way. Instead of doing the right thing and throwing whatever was left behind, they're being proper cheap and nasty and selling some absolute horrible conditioned items. Pft...

    Desperate comes to mind. You need to know when to ebay and when to simply just bin.

    If you ate out of those pans... Rest in peace.

    Look at the sellers name - carboot3 - suspect this is stuff they could not sell there. Maybe environmental health stopped them from selling due to health risks.
