    This pic has done the rounds before, I have already used the idea! You just need a cupboard at the right height - mine are a little high so you keep looking up, but still keeps the recipe from being covered in food marks.

    I really need a cookbook holder - but am too OS to buy one so usually just use a tin of beans to prop it against wall! But, this seems sooooo much better! what a genious idea!
