Does anyone know where i could get some cheap wool? Everywhere i look seems really expensive or is it because i haven't bought any for a while

99p shop often have basic colours, though today i got some fur wool.. wilkinsons do basic double knit yarn and baby yarn.. even do a cheap aran wool in cream.Totally debt free wohooo 2014

Poundland have a nice range of basic colours including some with metallic thread in them.

It's worth a look on Gumtree and freecycle too, there's often unused wool on there.2014 20p savers club #2 I've given up trying to keep track of how much that pig eats!

Pound stretchers does some from £1.20 to £3.
I've also came across some in B&M Bargains last week. 89p for basic wool and roughly £2 for baby wool.0 -
deramores website let you search by price. can get acrylic DK for under £2 per 100g in loads of colours. but got to pay p&p, alas. hth

Try Kemps wool shop online, they sell clearance branded wool at low prices. I use them a lot:).0

You must have a "cheapy" shop on your local high street - the sort of shop that sells an all-sorts range of goods and cheap tat. There's one on my high street that sells wool for about £1.99 per ball. Alternatively, Sainsburys sells wool from about £2.99. Nectar points to spend? Or, there's always Ebay!0
