Recipe to use Dream Topping + Cream Cheese?
lightisfading
Get your thinking hats on folks.. I have half a tub of cream cheese sat in the fridge (left over from an expensive, million calorie birthday cheesecake) which won't get used as we don't like cream cheese... and a pack of birds dream topping. I'm sure someone here can think of something to use the two up

This is the recipe I use and it is lovely, the best bit is that the crushed pineapple gives a knobbly appearance to the cream cheese/dream topping mix so it doesn't matter if you haven't combined them too well. Sadly it has been a long time since I ate a pudding as I am on a sodding diet:rolleyes:
Pineapple Cheesecake X6-8
Base: 8oz digestives, 2oz butter, 1 tbsp syrup. Melt butter and syrup and add crushed biscuits. Press into tin and refrigerate to set.
Topping: 8oz cream cheese
1 pkt dream topping
1 tin crushed pineapple (the large one)
Drain juice off pineapple. Make up Dream Topping as instructed. Mix together and put over base. Allow to set in fridge.
To freeze: open freeze then place in freezer bag. To soften c cheese micrwave for 5-10 secs on H. Helps it to mix better
Alternative base: 3 oz butter 8oz p choc dig or 6oz plain 2oz milk.0
