Light up shoe laces

Hi, I saw in Hawkins they did led light up shoe laces for £5 they looked cool and perfect for a friend as he is into odd socks, odd laces and occasionally odd shoes! I looked onnebay and they are less than £1.50 so I could buy different colours and he can mix and match. I thought they were something different to usual Christmas gifts
