Tesco mortgage application help.

Hi, We have just filled out the quote form on the Tesco website for a mortgage, When reading the key facts page it says 'we are not recommending a particular mortgage for you, however based on your answers we are giving you info about this mortgage so you can make your own choice'. Does this mean that they wont lend to us?

Thanks

No - it means it is non-advised sale. This means you have not received advice about the mortgage...

Yep - you will find a fair amount of negativity on here around Tesco systems and decisions so if you fail do not take this as definitive fail with everyone...

If you get an AIP it will tell you how much they would be willing to lend you subject checks and valuation

They won't advise you on whether its the right type of mortgage for you
