Wonga and Identity Theft?

Hi guys, I really hope someone here can help as I'm stuck as to what to do here.

My mum got a letter for me from Wonga at her address a few days ago. I haven't lived there in almost two years, and all my bank accounts are registered at my new address and have been for a long time. I did lose my purse around a month ago, but it was handed into the police the same night with everything still inside. I've checked all my accounts, just to be extra sure, and Wonga has never put money into them or taken any out.

They're saying I have an overdue account, of a £497.50 loan and £40.27 fees and interest. I have no idea how - I'd never even heard of Wonga until my mum told me they're one of those payday loan companies - and I'm stuck as to what to do now. The only phonenumber they've given me is for an automated payment system. Does anyone know how to get through to an actual human being, preferably in a way that doesn't hike up my phone bill?

I can only think that somebody has someone managed to steal my identity, but shouldn't something have shown up on my bank statements? Any advice anyone can give would be massivaly appreciated. I have a lot going on in my life right now and I really don't need this hassle. :(
