  • Can you tell us a bit more about your circumstances?

    How much do you owe?
Do you have any assets that would be a risk in bankruptcy?
    Are you working?

You should never take out credit if you do not feel that you would be able to pay it back, and ime taking out a loan to consolidate debt is not a good idea either. Loans that clear credit cards and overdrafts tend to leave clear credit cards and overdrafts that all too easily become full again.

The best thing you can do is get an appointment at your local CAB and see someone face to face. They can advise you what is best for your particular circumstances.

Or phone one of these organisations below. CCCS have an online tool to have you decide what is best too.

Consumer Credit Counselling Service - Website: CCCS Telephone: 0800 138 1111
National Debtline - Website: National Debtline Telephone: 0808 808 4000
Citizens Advice Bureau - Website: Citizens Advice or visit your local CAB centre (find nearest)

  • Why dont you fill out a statement of affairs & post it over in the Debt Free Wannabe board?

Try & chill a bit, you sound very frantic & desperate. Make yourself a nice cuppa tea and fill in the statement of affairs and be honest. You may not even need to go bankrupt you just need to look a bit more carefully at your spending.

I will go and get the link for the SOA for you to complete.
