no what I'm saying is that the advisor on the morning of the application 3rd of Feb called to say she was not fast tracking my application. she and the underwriter had on the 3rd of jan extracted details of my position status mortgage rate, in the bank a month prior to any formal application being booked. why had they had not notified me before hand if there was an issue. any way in the call two hours prior to my interview i was told my application would now have to go to underwriting i ask what i should do I was advised to continue with application so i went to branch for noon appointment the income that was submitted were the approximate figures that were for the original advance in 2005 i was advised to do this by branch advisor. that was the 3rd the advisor called that afternoon to say it been declined.

    9) in 2009 Feb that was not the case it is now yes, but i had no reason to believe that I could not do that I was told I met criteria to fast track nothing else.

    10) yes the following week this is part of the issue, i asked what am i supposed to do two hours before an application that why I was duped told to submit the income slightly reduced of original advance.

    11) I was told stay put or go to another lender,i was dismissed when i offered to use all equity to reduce mortgage this offer did not see light of day and was only disclosed to complaints manager over month later and never to underwriter.

This will blow you mind but believe me this bank fixed its own process to try and force me off product.
just let me add if id been told on or after the 3rd Jan i will need to bring in full accounts or anything else i would have had a month to organise that but two hours before a supposed fast tract is not fair and at any rate as has been previously stated if on 3rd as it so happens they were unhappy why book any application at all on the 5th when it supposedly took place. Not only can i prove it did not but that the silly advisor has not even got the log on main frame for application right according to system the application is processed to underwriting at the same time as i was supposedly in branch but on a different day. now i don't know if banks have invented time travel .
OP, you've lost me again. It helps my thought process if you can try to stick to answering the questions.

    12. Because you were self-cert it couldn't be fast-tracked. Correct?

    13. You were told to bring in your income details only two hours before the appointment, which didn't give you enough time. They said to come in anyway and use "made up" figures. This is what you did. Correct?

    14. Presumably you were told that at some point you would need to supply the true figures? Which you did a week later.

    15. Were you then told that they wouldn't allow the port due to your income level?

    16. When you say "i was dismissed when i offered to use all equity to reduce mortgage this offer did not see light of day", in what way were you dismissed? For what reasons? What do you mean that it didn't see light of day - what light of day would you have expected it to see?

OP you need to tread very carefully with this complaint.

If I am reading it right you had self certed income on original application and tried to use fast track on the next. You were unable to prove income so plucked a figure out of the air which was less than previously declared but not able to be proven.

    Is this correct?

If so the application made by you is fraudulent as you have lied about income. If the income cannot be substantiated by payslips, P60, employment reference or accounts/SA302's then you may find yourself on the wrong end of the complaint.

Really dificult thread to follow and I suspect not all info being disclosed.

    12) I was not told it could not be fast tracked due to self cert, just she had been doing some preparation prior to my booked appointment of the 3rd feb for the figure of 138K, 5k less than outstanding 142K balance as she worked out once I got to branch thats how much i would have to reduce balance by to satisfy ltv criteria of 0.84pc.(note it is documented as I have stated that the preparation she was referring to was done one month earlier on the 3rd Jan I have the call transcript she made with underwriter)
    13) no i was not not told to bring in details I was told to just come in and proceed with the application.(this was two hours before at around 10 am)
    14) when I got the call later that afternoon telling me of the decline, yes I was asked to do that.In fact I the words were but the are offering you an appeal.
15)Yes I was told income was not going to support 138K, i have never have had an issue with that, I've never disputed that.
    16) I was told the only way I was going to move is go to another lender or stay put. I registered an official complaint that was the 17th. What I mean by did not see the light of day is that the underwriter was not informed that I could wanted to now reduce figure, this was only mentioned by advisor over one month later on the 22nd april to the customer manager.

No Ive raised all this and id like them to take me to court as i can prove that no applications were legitimately conducted they can produce every document except the disclosure document of the spoof application supposedly done on the 5th Feb.

Hi honestly this is the biggest single con I'm just a customer you would not believe. Ive not even began with the FOS issue which is still ongoing at the independent assessor level.

Bizarre. They declined you without having your income figures? On what grounds did they decline you?

So what did they say when you asked about reducing the mortgage balance?
Did they tell you they weren't interested (if so, why?)?
Did they imply that they would pass it on to the underwriter, but then didn't?

the whole thread has made my brain hurt :(

Then why did you apply for it?

So what did they say when you asked about reducing the mortgage balance?
Did they tell you they weren't interested (if so, why?)?
Did they imply that they would pass it on to the underwriter, but then didn't?
    14) They declined me as i had told them my income had reduced income status change.keep in mind this is the 3rd Feb and I was only told two hours before my application to port was not going to happen.
    15) because I had no reason to believe that it would not be ported as 138K was a reduced figure of existing balance, and I had been told application was to be fast tracked. Lamb to slaughter.
    16) I asked advisor told she would not consider anything I put on the table.it was clear it was due to my rate an attempt to claw back product rate push me off it.income not support 138K this was the only figure discussed despite my capital equity offer, branch advisor refused to ask underwriter.
no it was never implied my reduction reguest would be passed to underwriter, however it was disclosed by advisor over a month later to the customer relations manager that I had offered reduction.

look it is a mad mad senario but this is an internal manipulation and breach of FSA rules and fraud. No disclosure documentation credit check and underwritten decision. If they no longer as an existing customer wanted my business why conduct an appeal with me for same figure and if I was not meeting criteria why alter manipulate the process to start with. Sorry mr although your an existing customer we cannot and no longer want your business. this should have been raised over a month before. You real all need to look at the documents. Once I have the reports from ICO over the lender and the FOS i will be posting evidence on web.

ny way I said I wasn't going to post anymore, don't want to cause more thumping heads.
