I went for an interview with Carewatch in September, Got told there and then that the job was mine (care assistant) pending PVG and references.
Beginning of October, I got my training (4 days) and at the end of it was told as soon as PVG comes, I would start my shadowing. They have my PVG and references and told me they would call me as soon as possible with the dates I would be starting. They didn't call back so I called them, got told the woman who I need to speak to was out the office and she would call back, again never did.
I'm going to pop in to the office this week and see if I can get any information but just wondered what you guys thought... Do you think it's worth waiting for or go find another job??

They probably have not got the clients for you hence why they stalling you. (I used to work for another care company who worked that way).
I would apply for other jobs.0 -
