Except that any contract cannot reduce the notice due FROM the employer below the legal minimum of one week for each year of service up to 12.0 -
look you only worked one day DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT. you signed nothing, and even if you did sign something i wouldn't even honour it because you only worked ONE day. it wasn't your dream job and the other was so i would say that to be nice to them and explain why and start your new job straight away. that way your first pay wont be any later.My Signature is MY OWN!!0
