Mortgage shortfall question!!

Hi, just split with partner and have found a buyer for house who will rent it back to me so i don't have to move out - but there will be about £8k shortfall on mortgage. Solicitor says I need to get a loan to pay this the week before completion - so could be withing the next few weeks! I have mortgage arrears and a couple of defaults and one ccj which is for a credit card which has a charge over the house. Any ideas who will accept me for a loan, as otherwise I can't go ahead with this and will have to let bank repossess it!!

Speak openly to your current lender. No need to mention renting it back.
Your ex should contribute 50% as well.0 -
hi thanks, I will speak to them - ex has no income, so it's all on me I'm afraid at the minute to find the money - and I have no idea where to get it!!0

Negotiate a repayment plan. Based on your 50%.
Not wishing to sound harsh but your ex will have to look after themselves.0
