Got a lovely phone call at 4:30 to tell me that I've won an Ibanez Roadcore guitar from Total Guitar magazine's competition on their Facebook page. Will be delivered in a couple of days time. It's nice to win something that I'm interested in winning. I didn't enter due to a post here but I'm sure it was posted somewhere.
Perhaps it's just me, but the thought of someone winning a musical instrument who never intends to play it just doesn't settle well with me, I guess that's because I'm a musician and I put a lot of non-financial value on the tools of my trade! No hate/criticism intended!

And I agree with you as a fellow musician, the thought of a great prize like that going to someone who wouldn't make good use of it is a little unsettling. Although, I have no problems/judgement against it either!:j0 -
