Interview tips needed

I currently work as the manager of a community centre for people with learning difficulties and their carers. However, on friday I have an interview for a job as a Young Persons Advisor for young people leaving care and venturing into the adult world. I am going to have to fit in front of a panel of 20 people aged between 14 and 25 and answer questions on the issues facing young people today. I've looked this up and they are the obvious ones: unemployment, housing, bullying, drugs, sex, education and peer pressure.
So I'd just like some tips really about what to say at the interview especially if the question comes up about why I want to leave my current job. The honest answer is the money is 3x what I'm earning there for the same hours and the people I'm working with now really get on my t*** (see past posts) but I'm guessing thats not a good thing to say.
Any tips would be of help. Thanks
