Charging Order

Hi All,
I would be realy greatful if somebode could give me some advice.
I am in the process of selling my house. Unfortunately, due to a severe debt problem, I have a charging order on my house. The sale price does not cover the amount of the charging order. Does this mean that the sale is going to fall through because the creditor will not get satisfied from the proceeds of the sale (which will just about cover the mortgage).
Thanks to anybody who can give some advise.
