Easy piano songs

My DD has recently started learning piano, so she is very much a beginner, but to keep motivated it would really help if she could have a go at accompanying herself singing recent pop / folk / rock music.
Can anyone recommend songs or good websites or books? I am listening to Adele, Skyfall which seems like a possibility - anything else like that would be great.

Thanks! The teacher has brought her a new book so she's working her way through Fur Elise and a song from Blood Brothers, which seems to have caught her interest a bit better.
I did come across this website which seems good for up to date songs.

I think it must be a simplified version!0 -
I've never had a piano lesson in my life but even I've managed to work out several pop songs from the It's Easy To Play series by myself, but they may seem a little dated for a youngster.
Haing said that there's nothiing like learning to play classical music properly.
Some of Bach's Anna Magdalena Bach Notebook is eay to play and includes some of his mot popular works.
Your local public library, if you have one, should have sheet music to lend including more recently published pop songs arranged for piano.0
