Is it too late to make a Christmas Cake?

I have ordered a Xmas cake from our local bakery for the last few years and it was wonderful. This year the lady is poorly so now not making them and I don't know what to do.
I doubt a shop brought one would match up, so wondered about making my own, but is it too late?
If not can anyone recommend a good recipe for a moist cake?
Thanks

Not too late at all
I've used this recipe a few times and it makes a lovely cake. I don't like nuts so I leave them out and make up the weight with more dried fruit so you can tweak the recipe to how you like it as long as the quantities are right.

the Delia Christmas Cook Book is a favorite , I like adding cream sherry to my fruit cake , there is still time to home bake your own0

You'll be fine, I only made mine last week
I use Deli's classic recipe too with a few alterations...I substitute some of the dried fruit for dried cranberries, I don't put in any candied peel (don't like it ) or nuts (allergic to them) and I add loads more glac! cherries instead of these things because we prefer it slightly lighter and sweeter. Yummy I wish I could eat it now!0 -
Delia it is, thank you. Will bake mine at the weekend0
