Just Got £15 Out Of Ntl/virgin Media

:rotfl: Thought I was doing well here as I got £15.00 out of ntl/virgin as they had put a £5.00 fee on my account for not being on direct/debit...I phoned and told them that I was and had been for the past 3 months so they gave me £15.00 which made me happy, till I worked out that over the time that I have been a customer I had paid them in excess of £3,600 (customer for about 10yrs).....

:think: What do you think about this...At the moment I am paying around £45.00 for phone and broadband (phone includes talk unlimited 24 unlimited phone call across uk as long as you don't go over 1 hr)

:think: Or I could go on this 3 for £30.00 basic tv,phone (with free weekend calls) and broadband and then pay 2p a minute and a connection fee of 5p for every call made between 12 midnight Sunday till 12 midnight Friday...

Phone them back we ask for retentions we got 2mb broadband and talk unlimited 24 (unless you go over 1 hour) for £20 a month

i got £275 out of them on 14th of feburary. when my bill came through another 100 had been knocked off !!!!!
