sorry i can't help, must be very frustrating for your little lad (and you), looks like the charity shop may be getting a donation !

Just an idea.... go on ebay and find someone selling the game. Send them a question/e-mail asking how do you play it and can they scan and send the instructions. I am sure most people will be more than willing to help you out. Or, you could call toys r us and see if they sell it. If they do, go and have a read of the box!

Is there a reset button somewhere on the base?

The chicken has a button underneath it which makes it cluck when it's pushed in.

I think I'm going to email someone who's selling one on ebay and see if they can help.

we've got this game, i'll go and look at the instructions- they're around here somewhere
DD says that you have to put the chicken on the base, put the eggs around the nest and pick the eggs up one by pne, if the chicken makes a noise you're out

This is how we thought it worked, but the chicken doesn't cluck even when all the eggs are removed. So unless there is something we are doing wrong, I think we may have a faulty chicken.
