    No. An admin fee for arranging your own buildings insurance is still normal and permitted under the rules.

    Thanks, seems a bit unfair when my insurance renewal doesn't coincide with the remortgage so would cost me more to cancel and rearrange. I knew it was their policy when I signed up so not necessarily complaining just seems a bit silly!
