Fraud Websites, anyone to help me?

Hi there
Wondering if anyone can help me, and I do apologise if I have posted in the wrong bit, however
Last night I was on Facebook, as you do, and noticed my old manager had posted a link to a (what seemed) genuine Ugg boots website, half price, for one day only. I quickly ordered a pair for Christmas. With my debit card.
Only then on, it seemed a little bit dodgy...I read reviews straight afterwards and realised this is a scam, quickly rang my bank but because it's "pending" they cannot yet dispute it. I am yet waiting for the payment to process. I have cancelled my card and am just waiting. I've emailed the email address on the website, they've asked me a few times what is the reason for my cancellation & that if I do go ahead, they will charge me 30% for the re-stocking fee, but they haven't even shipped my order out yet!!!
I am so angry with myself, I never usually do this and when I do make expensive purchases, usually I use my credit card.
Has anyone had this happen to them before, and if so, was your bank any good about it?? Usually HSBC are very good with things like this....but not so sure about this one. Over £70, gone
& if not...what are my rights?
