Really, you have to be told?
You're an adult. Yes, it matters.
Up to 19, you're entitled to certain benefits and certain aspects of education are free - after that, you pay.
You may be entitled to financial help/free courses dependent on your income, qualifications and benefit entitlements.:huh: Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway... :huh:0 -

i want to apply for college and i am 20 years old. when i go on the college website it says that you can apply for in the 16-19 application form or fill out the adult learning application form.
which form would i fill out? does it really matter?
