Banckruptcy tomorrow any advise please!!

Hi all,my partner is to file for bankruptcy tomorrow and just wondering if anyone has any advise at all,thanks in advance.x

The court thing is just an execute in stamping paper work. Just turn up with three copies of your forms,a copy of the fee exemption forms and proof (if relevant). Your money for the BR. Also some money for the drinks machine and a snack. Don't forget change for the car park.

You will see a clerk who will check your paper work and take it to a judge. The judge will look at it and stamp it ( sometimes they want to see you to ask if you have taken advice and are aware of all implications. The clerk will then raise you Bankruptcy Order and give you a copy and that will be it, he is BR. Some courts operate slightly differently but in essence that is it.

I think most people wouldn't have replied as they might be thinking asking for advice the night before is a tad late as not much can be done or changed in time! However, all the best, let us know how it all goes.
