CCCS Payment Break

My sister has come to me for help again

About two years ago we sorted her out a payment plan through CCCS She pays about £380 a month and all has been going well. Her next payment is due 01/05/07 however due to illness and not being at work her wages are going to be a lot less than normal.

She has asked me to loan her the £380 to make the payment.

My question is rather than me loan her the money would CCCS allow her to have a 1 month break and resume her payment 01/06/07 as per normal? :j

Speak to CCCS.Thye will need to know as this is a change in circumstances.Im sure they can work something out.Rather let them know, than not.
  • Thanks for your help I wouldnt say its a change in circumstances as her normal payments are fine. Its just she had 2 weeks off ill and is in a sales roll so her commission was very low.

Has anyone actually had experience of a 1 month payment break with CCCS?
