I ordered 10 days ago, emailed today to get ETD and got this response:

Unfortunately we've had an unprecedented amount of orders for our sigma/energise fleece and are bombarded with orders and messages that we, as a small company, find it hard to fulfill. We've sold 9000 items when we only usually sell 2000 and are dealing with 2000 messages when we usually only have to reply to 400.

As a result, we've had major issues with the system we use to manage orders. Many haven't been picked up by the program, and many have been printed out manually instead so unfortunately we have no way of tracking when your item was sent out. If it doesn't arrive by next Wed then please email us and we'll either send you a replacement tracked or a refund.

So it does look like they're dealing with the issue, which i'm quite happy about, i guess they didn't take into account being advertised on the MSE forums

I had same email & have waited patiently till Wednesday as they'd suggested then I emailed them again BUT this time no response. I'm going to start a claim thru ebay.

I received reimbursement less than 2 hours after putting a claim in on ebay. Very impressed. I just feel sorry to not have had the fleece & for the company to have been so overwhelmed by the demand.

No fleece and no response to emails so far. Their feedback this month has only been about 93% when you look at all the negs and neutrals. If this had been the case when I ordered then I wouldn't have done. Disappointing service.
