Well that didn't take long!
Their shiny new website has given up under pressure, and they're not even having a sale.
Customer services have reported it.

It's very slow. I preferred the old one...0

It's having fun with me.
It has emptied my basket, and when I searched for flat casual shoes it found me an assortment of electricals, plus detachable bra straps.0 -
It works fine for me, and there seems to be a furniture sale on there.I am finally a homeowner!!:beer:0

I had massive problems with my order with M&S - I ordered four items and all were in stock - I was sent an e-mail saying they would be dispatched...
2 days later I received another e-mail saying two of the four items were delayed and would be delivered 5 days later ....
the next day two of the items were delivered and although the cost of these should have been £15ish they billed my account for just £2.80 for the first two items (Weird so had to call them - I had applied some discount codes (£12.20 worth) so they had taken this off the first part of my order and just charged me £2.80
I then waited for the other two items which I really needed....
and waited....
and then received an e-mail every day saying they'd been delayed - this started about two weeks ago....
I called them - they said don't worry your items are being dispatched on such and such a day...
so I waited
and waited....
and they never arrived.
Apparently they were out of stock at the distribution warehouse despite there being HUNDREDS in the stores as everytime I went in my local M&S they were on the shelf....
SO I rang and cancelled the rest of the order...which means I got the first two items worth £15 for £2.80 which I should be pleased about but cannot help feeling more than a little let down by M&S - their customer service was very poor and the chap I spoke to blamed the new website and said that there were lots of problems like this - be careful if you are ordering a time-sensitive present or gift ...they better get it fixed soon or will end up on Watchdog or similar...Tesco is my second home:j0
