yes it seems odd, that a user would sign up and come straight here to post links to a new site over and over again , i've been a member of the site for a while now ( long time lurker though ha ha ) and it took me a good while to find my way around and then inturn find the comping part of the forum.0

they have just received the ipad mini from apple and put its picture on their facebook page0

When this was posted earlier I thought it looked a little odd. Both posters seem to share the same style of writing. I've visited the site and, what a surprise, the same style is shared with what seems like the admin.
My money's on the winner also sharing the same writing style.
It's been picked up on a couple of other comping sites and we're not the only ones who smell a rat.
Blatant self promotion - reported.
Note to add - not aimed at the OP, appears to be an established poster.Competition wins:
2010 - approx £450. 2011 - approx £800. 2012 - approx £300. 2013 - nothing so far!0 -

Id like to state, i am nothing to do with the troole site. I have an account on there but I do not own it or anything.
Also, if you havent already signed up, you have until the end of the month to do so.0 -
I have just got back from a few days away (not comping related) to find that I have won the ipad mini from this comp. I am nothing to do with the company, and entered from the post here, so it all looks legit so far.
They have emailed me back to say that the mini will be delivered by Friday, and I am really thrilled.
I know it is sometimes hard to tell what is honest from what is a scam, but shouldn't we try to trust until proven otherwise. It is a sad world to live in where we are all accepting lovely prizes from a fun hobby, and then casting doubts on the providers without any really cause for suspicion. You don't have to enter - I only enter where I really want the prize. After all comping is mainly free, and even if you only win little things it is still a bonus and we should all be grateful that sponsors run competitions for us to benefit from0 -
they are now giving away Amazon vouchers every month to their 3 users with highest points.0
