Tesco DTD/BOGOF on Home Delivery

Hi,
I just took a delivery from Tesco and an item which was marked BOGOF wasn't deducted as BOGOF. Can I get DTD on this if I go back and point it out? Anyone know?

No don't think so , home delivery have different rules , you can take it back for a refund though . It says if it costs more than you want to pay give it back to the driver for a full refund.Never pay more than you have too0

LOL was my error.... missed a carrier bag, the items were in there. DOH! 0
