Filling out CRB form and addresses

I have to fill out a CRB form for work - it wants addresses for the last 5 years.

5 years ago - was at university living in halls - but all my official details etc. were registered at my parents house (i.e. electoral register, bank statements etc.) - I had been living at my parents house since 2000

After that went to stay with my uncle for a few months but didn't register that address anywhere

Then lived in another city at 2 addresses for a year - I was on the electoral register here etc.

Then moved back to my Parent's house in 2010 and am still living here.

So for current address do I enter that I have been living here since 2010 or since 2000?

I think the 2 addresses before that are ok to write down

Do I enter the addresses I was at during university and when at my uncle's or do I enter my parent's address for those period?

I read some of the notes but those seemed to talk about people who are currently at university and stay at their parent's house in the holidays.

It also says you can only give additional details on the form but the space for additional details is very small....

I had a similar situation and they wanted all the addresses I had stayed at with an explanatory note (eg parental address for post and all vacations).
But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,
Had the whole of their cash in his care.
