My First Trampoline And Enclosure - need part!

I was on here just last week reccommending this trampoline to someone and sods law it's gone and flippin' broken.............
One of the toggle type parts that holds the actual jumping part (sorry don't know the proper names for them!) on has worn through and snapped off.
So now I can't really let my girls play on it as there is a dangerous gaping hole on one side that they could catch their feet in or whatever so I'm desperately needing a "toggle" or I'll have to get rid of the whole thing - it's just not safe!!!!
- Had it less than a year (just about) but can't find the receipt or instructions or any spare parts it may have had (can't remember if it had any).
Does anyone know the manufacturers name, address, phone numbers, so I can tryt to get hold of a toggle? I know lots of people are buying these at the mo as they're reduced quite cheap now so please please someone must be able to give me these details. I will really appreciate it, it would be gutting to have to get rid of it when it costed £80 and lasted less than a year!!!!

I think what you are talking about is one of the anchor bars for the trampoline bed has broken. There are loads of firms that make these cheap garden trampolines and there have been a few people on here with difficulty in finding parts so I think most of them are not very good about providing them. One firm that makes garden trampolines that meet the standards required for commercial play areas (not the same as what is required for trampolining clubs) is Ceetex who are basically a manufacturer of cheap gym equipment, mainly for schools. They do replacement parts for trampolines but there is nothing specifically relating to parts for garden trampolines on their website but do you think any of these ones from the general trampoline parts page might fit? If you think they might but you are not sure which you need I suggest you ring Ceetex to see if they can help.0
