Please refer to the begging of my question this train of thought isn't helping what the thread is meant to be about.
advise is something helpful - as with mort for example.0 -
Ok well the advice is - no there isn't anything you can do, other than to move away from apportioning the blame of your situation to the company that lent money to you that YOU asked for.0
-
It looks like you are struggling to cope the now.
Unless the proposed new mortgage is for less then you can't really afford it.
But going by your other post, I guess you would just come back in a few years asking how you can get out of your mortgage as they lent you money, that you obviously couldn't afford to pay back.0 -
Wonderful advise.
Again very helpful.
Just a reminder.
Kindly read my initial question.
About as helpful as a chocolate fire guard !0 -
Question is has any one successfully used a 'bad credit mortgage lender'
Does anyone had any advise on what is required.
Hope someone can help.
MWonderful advise.
Again very helpful.
Just a reminder.
Kindly read my initial question.

Sorry, Ill try again......
No
You either ignore advice or give very limited information
Not really, I think my answers aren't the ones you want to hear.
All the best of luck and I hope that you get the dream mortgage you are looking for.0 -
I won't bother replying on here again as the OP is obviously a rude, ungrateful, obnoxious individual.
You've already been told you won't find an alternative lender.
You then raised the issue of whether the loan was mis-sold. You were told it wasn't.
You then got obnoxious when people tried to help and kept referring back to the 'original' question which had been answered.
What a charmer.0 -
Suggest you visit the Debt-Free Wannabe board. Many people have a light bulb moment and realise that it is "they" that need to take the challenge on. You'll get plenty of support and advice on there.0
